NPC: Belial
Long Desc: Belial, one of the demon twins, is here having a tanrum.

Belial is one of the twin half demons born to the mistress of the Baron.
Rumor has it that he drugged the Baron's wife then shape shifted to look
like her in order to seduce the Baron.  Belial's skin is scaley red and
there are small horns on his head.  He seems to be locked into a never
ending fit of temper.
He is a devil approximately 7'1" tall.
