NPC: A cloudling
Long Desc: An irate Cloudling sits greedily on its cloud.

This irate cloudling obviously doesn't like sharing his cloud space with
anyone.  White and puffy, he looks so mellow, but when he gets angry
lightning flies.  His hammer shaped fists strike bolts of pure sizzling
power and his breath chills to the bone.  Tis best not to anger this
creature of the skies if it can be avoided.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
