NPC: A one-eyed marauder
Long Desc: A short minotaur woman fiddles with her eyepatch.

While one giant hand fidgets with her eyepatch, the other rests on the hilt
of her trusted blade.  This diminutive minotaur skulks quietly through the
tubes that run beneath the municipality above.  This pink-skinned bovine was
unfortunate enough to lose an eye during an encounter with pirates on the
high seas outside of Beltane, so now she must suffer through a life without
depth perception.  In a cruel twist of fate, she's found herself precisely
there -- in the depths -- down underneath the open sea that she yearns for,
in these smuggling tunnels below Pirate's Cove.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
