NPC: A prairie dog
Long Desc: A prairie dog is here, starting a new tunnel.

At first, all you can see here is a hole in the ground, from which a
great deal of dirt is being thrown.  As you approach, a cute little rodent
sticks its head out and begins peering around.  Finding nothing to worry
about, it ducks back into the tunnel and continues digging.  Perhaps these
tunnels help the prairie dogs avoid predators.
He is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
