NPC: A wind owl
Long Desc: A brilliant white owl sits on a nearby rock.

This fluffy white owl sits peacefully nearby, watching you.  The markings
on its body are black and gray, and look rather impressive.  However, as you
get closer, the bird spreads its wings, hunches it body, and begins clicking
its beak at you.  You realize that it is trying to frighten you away, and
perhaps you should back off before it decides to defend itself.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
