Long Desc: A haunting apparition floats here, exacting its revenge upon the living.

A strange, semi-transparent figure, the apparition is a phantom having only
a non-distinct corporeal form.  Its glowing yellow eyes stare right into
your soul.  While a head and arms and hands are visible, its torso ends in a
wisp of darkness.
It is a wraith approximately 5'7" tall.
