The skeleton looks as if time and the elements have wasted the bone to
the point where only the magic that animates it is holding it together. It
is a soul in torment, denied forever the release of death. The Sea Hag's
accursed magic has consigned this poor soul to a life of eternal undeath,
wandering the crypts under her island until the spell is broken in combat.
