Long Desc: A tall sidhe archer protects the city from this position.

This is a member of the elite Seelie army.  They patrol the city walls
keeping an ever-watchful eye for invaders.  Very few sidhe make it through
the rigorous training program to become part of the archer group that you
see before you.  Be careful messing with these faeries.
