NPC: The two-headed ettin
Long Desc: A huge, dirty, two-headed monster stomps angrily about.

You recognize this strange and twisted creature as an ettin.  A relative of
trolls, the ettin has been endowed with trollish stupidity to compliment its
trollish strength.  Two heads seem not, in this case, to be better than one.
Your last thought as this enormous beast descends upon you is that it also
shares the unreasoning fury of the trolls.
It is a ettin approximately 5'5" tall.
