NPC: A revolting grave robber
Long Desc: A filthy man clad in black sneaks about carrying a pick and shovel.

This dirty man is snooping around the graveyard, looking for a little
loot to make his life a little better.  You notice he keeps a low profile.
He must recognize how low he is to be robbing graves, and he seems quite
unhappy about the whole situation.  He moves slowly toward the shadows
looking for an exit.  The grave robber moves out of your way and continues
his quiet search.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
