Long Desc: A haggard looking sailor treads water here.

This haggard looking sailor is actually a mutineer who was thrown off
his ship for trying to incite a revolt against his captain.  The laws of the
sea are harsh ones, and have very little tolerance and no appeals.  You'd
probably be best off staying as far away as possible from this man.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
