NPC: An ogre-sized frog
Long Desc: A frog the size of a full grown ogre speeds through the water here.

In such a hostile environment as this, the creatures that live near the
whirlpool have adapted to an incredible degree.  This appears to be a very
large frog, however on closer examination you realize that there are several
odd differences.  Its large eyes seem to have some sort of second
translucent eyelid, and the brightly colored designs on its body are
breathtaking, although you imagine its also a sign that this creature is
very poisonous.
She is a frog approximately 1'5" tall.
