NPC: A large tadpole
Long Desc: A tadpole the size of your forearm swims past you.

These tadpoles are the surprising young of the the gigantic frogs that
you've seen nearby.  As they get older, they lose their tail and grow arms
and legs in a rather startling metamorphosis.  As they are now, they bear no
resemblance to their brightly colored parents, except for the extremely
poisonous oils their skin secretes.
It is a frog approximately 1'6" tall.
