NPC: A coelacanth
Long Desc: A large awkward looking fish swims towards you.

This has got to be the strangest looking fish you have ever laid eyes
on.  It seems to be some sort of evolutionary throwback with its stubby
dorsal fins that almost look like they are walking through the water when it
swims.  While it is a bit awkward and bulky in the water, it is also as long
as a full grown elf, and by the looks of its teeth, very carnivorous.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
