NPC: A green coral snake
Long Desc: A green coral snake slips through the tides here.

A green coral snake swims through the water, fighting the strong
currents here.  It swims in a rather unusual manner, having no arms or legs
it whips its tail back and forth and moves through the water in an S pattern
at a rather surprising velocity.  Usually these odd reptiles stay hidden in
cracks in the coral reefs, catching small fish that stray by.  Something
must have disturbed this one.
He is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
