NPC: Trevo
Long Desc: Barely visible behind the desk, the unkempt hair of a gnome is visible here.

Youthful and wishing to be elsewhere, Trevo has been hired on by the Alyrian
House Builders association to assist adventuers in purchasing their homes.
He has a somewhat bored and bemused look on his face at all times, though he
dutifully fulfills requests that patrons make of him.  His job is to sell
deeds that can be exchanged for homes; one would imagine that a job so full
of promise as a new house would make him enthusiastic.  It's obvious,
however, that this little gnome is simply biding his time until something
bigger and better comes along.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
