NPC: The raised houngon
Long Desc: A tall, dark-skinned man sits flaccidly on a throne of hardpacked dirt.

Any houngon is a powerful sorceror, a dangerous necromancer specializing
in raising zombies.  The corpses topside are doubtless under his thrall, fed
the zombie's cucumber, and controlled by powerful magic.  His long goatee
sprouts off of a long, gaunt face with sunken eyes, and topped with a fine,
powder-white top hat.  He wears no shirt, only a perfect white tailcoat,
that doesn't quite conceal his malnourished torso.  His white drawstring
pants reveal equally bony legs, sprawled out across his fecal throne.
Although his state is terrible, and likely getting worse, perhaps there is
some reason; a lone maggot burrows itself in his shoulder, without penalty.
Perhaps this houngon was good enough even to raise himself.
He is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
