Long Desc: A small man is here, checking over the people who enter Kessarian's Dungeon.

A small, stout man is here looking over each person who steps into
Kessarian's Dungeon.  The man slowly turns an eye to you, checking to see if
you possess the power, the knowledge, the honor, and the courage to enter.
The man appears to know a way through, but you must provide proof you have
defeated evil in the form of colored gems.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
