NPC: A gith leader
Long Desc: A hunched amalgamation of reptile and elf is here giving orders.

A grotesque reptilian elf stares out with beady black eyes.  It has long,
skinny arms that almost touch the ground in its hunched-over state.  Its
legs are just as skinny and almost as long as its arms, and its feet - just
as its hands - end in deadly sharp claws.  Its face is almost skeletal.  The
skin is so taut that the skull is clearly defined through it.
It is a githyanki approximately 5'5" tall.
