NPC: A decaying lich
Long Desc: A humanoid creature is here limping, rotten flesh sloughing from its bones.

Decaying flesh sloughs from the bones of this grotesque humanoid
creature.  Its hair is in disarray, sticking in all directions at once, and
its eyes glow a low intensity red.  Its hands are complete with inch-long
fingernails that act almost like claws and its face is sunken and pale.  Its
disfigured legs, although fully capable of keeping it standing upright, make
it hobble and limp like a zombie - but the intelligent glint in its eyes
speaks otherwise.
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
