NPC: A painted box turtle
Long Desc: A yellow-striped black shell with feet hovers in the bushes.

This tiny turtle has a square and boxy black shell.  Beautifully vibrant
yellow stripes look as though they've been painted on its back.  The edge of
its shell has a red tinge that matches the leathery skin on his legs.  It
wanders through bushes and shrubs, staying out of the way of passing foot
traffic.
He is a reptile approximately 3'7" tall.
