Long Desc: A street vendor roams the street hawking various wares.

Clad in a rough blue jerkin and leather pants, this vendor roams the
streets of the development hawking a variety of wares to the residents who
pass by.  Some of the products look a bit on the shabby side, but they seem
quite sturdy and well made.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
