Long Desc: A tornado rips through the lake wreaking havoc in the water.

Though the appearance of this inexplicable thing is frightening enough,
its actions afterward are even more so.  Stopping directly in front of you,
the tornado begins to collapse in on itself, becoming denser and denser.
Appendages start to form in the tempest, and soon become distinct.
Threateningly, it steps toward you.
It is a elemental approximately 7'1" tall.
