NPC: An electric eel
Long Desc: A long brown worm like creature slides about violently.

This large brown electric eel resembles its normal cousins in form, but
not temperment.  It's mutated mind sees everything as a possible meal and
only with dying does it understand its mistake in attacking some creatures.
It is a snake approximately 1'6" tall.
