NPC: A fierce water elemental
Long Desc: A gigantic wave churns violently, having a life of its own.

As you look out on the water, a massive disturbance arises from the
depths.  It surfaces violently, churning the water all around.  Strangely,
the exact center of this whirlpool is perfectly calm.  From it, a form
appears, like a human, but unlike.  It is as if the elemental powers of
water were embodied in a human form and given life.  You cannot help but
sense the immense power here, and slowly begin to back away.
It is a elemental approximately 7'1" tall.
