NPC: The chief
Long Desc: A proud village chieftain is here.

A jolly, round faced village man with a bizarrely-colored garment wrapped
about his hips stands here, benevolently presiding over his people.  His
face is kind and tanned but with a slightly worried look creasing his noble
brow.  He holds a shark's tooth spear in his right hand and wears a
headdress of woven palm fronds on his his head.  Perhaps if one listens long
enough, he will tell a tale of his troubles.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
