NPC: A stunning golden mermaid
Long Desc: A stunning golden mermaid brushes past you as you descend deep into the water.

You look at this stunning creature and are amazed by her humanoid
features.  Her tail is covered in tiny golden scales, while the skin on her
naked torso has a light green tinge.  She moves through the water with ease,
her bare arms moving only slightly as her powerful tail propels her forward.
Obviously mermaids are not only a myth after all.
She is a mermaid approximately 5'7" tall.
