NPC: An ettin cannibal
Long Desc: A two-headed ogre-thing charges you upon arrival.

Sort of a cross between a hill giant, an orc and an ogre, this ettin is
monstrous.  With two heads, one deaf, half-blind and lame, it'd be better
off with one.  It looks recently deceased, because the dermestid beetles and
maggots haven't consumed too much of the hanging, limpid skin yet.  Buried
in its mortals loinskin, it drapes ill against its wearer, leaving little to
the imagination.  Unfortunately, both of this ettin's heads seem to have
fared well in death, as not only are they fairly complete, it appears to be
rather smart, too.  Ettins aren't known for their spellcasting abilities,
but the Commissioner of Hate works in mysterious ways...
He is a ettin approximately 5'5" tall.
