NPC: Mysterious Captain Elizarta
Long Desc: A snarling drow is here, steering her ship.

Here stands the Mysterious Captain Elizarta, aboard her fine vessel Jewel of
Sanity.  The story goes that Elizarta stole this vessel from an unsuspecting
group of merchants, which was then called Tornado of the Suicidal Worm, but
Elizarta later renamed it, deciding that Jewel of Sanity was more befitting
of the likes of her crew.  Her crew, consisting mostly of drow, sails the
seas in search of treasure, often raiding colonies and work camps, leaving
only one person alive to tell the tale.
She is a drow approximately 4'2" tall.
