Long Desc: A short dwarf is here, shouting orders.

Smeltaxe is the captain of the vessel, Cruel Vagabond of Sanity.  This dwarf
has sailed the oceans since before Lord Vashir was in diapers and has
accumulated quite a reputation.  The name Smeltaxe is enough to strike fear
in men, women, and children everywhere, especially hapless sea traders.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'3" tall.
