NPC: An unusual obelisk
Long Desc: An unusual obelisk inscribed with archaic runes sits in the center of the room.

This tall stone column pulses with colors of blue, green, red and white.
Its ominous presence baffles and confuses adventurers, as it seems to mean
something, but there are no hints as to what.  No carven or distinct
features mar the stone surface, but only a few vague impressions attract the
eyes.  Definitely a puzzling creature.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
