NPC: A persian trader
Long Desc: A persian trader is here, sulking over his stolen goods.

This is a lonely persian trader.  He has traveled long and hard to visit
the Palace of Diocletian and not long after he got here, some thief stole
all his goods.  He has a long brown coat and a disheveled beard.  He looks
as if he hasn't combed his hair in quite a long while, maybe his brush was
stolen too?  You can't help but pity him as he mopes around.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
