Dressed impeccably in a finely tailored three-piece pinstriped suit, this
man leans on a cane fashioned of silver with an ivory handle.  His attire
and manner show him to be one of those rare individuals who are at home in
any situation and need not be concerned with those around them.  His dark
eyes glint with a strange fever that gives his features an unnatural
appearance suggesting that all is not right with him.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
