NPC: A prophet
Long Desc: A red robed prophet is here attempting to look all knowing.

The prophet is dressed in an ornate red and black robe and wears rather
expensive-looking adornments.  There is a decidedly unholy gleam in his eyes
which makes you wonder what, not who his master is.  You suspect that this
man is a prophet only by name, most likely anything that this fellow "sees"
is just a product of an overactive imagination.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
