NPC: A ghost child
Long Desc: The ghost of a small child is here playing with a ghost puppy.

This spirit has been granted time on the material plane by the gods
because it never had a chance to experience the joys of childhood.  Its pale
grey skin is only the thin shell the gods created so the spirit could touch
and feel for the first time.  It looks at you with innocent eyes, and
returns to the childhood business of playing with a pet.
He is a undead approximately 5'7" tall.
