NPC: A little bird
Long Desc: A little bird flies about searching for a good place to nest.

This small bird is actually one of the kings rare finches that only breed
once every other year.  It's prized as a delicacy on some continents, and
had almost been driven into extinction before Lord Maldra decided he liked
them.  Its tail feathers are of the seven colors of the rainbow which shine
brightly in the light.  Its body is jet black, save its beak which is a deep
green.
She is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
