NPC: A fey noble
Long Desc: A fey noble has come to purchase land from the Baron.

The fey, obviously the ruling class of the area, are interesting in
nothing but land and accumulating wealth.  Their long term goal is taking
over the world, according to legend.  The noble is currently surveying the
castle grounds in hopes to buy a plot of land nearby or possibly open a
chain of markets.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
