NPC: An undead puppy
Long Desc: A cute little brown and white puppy is floating just off the ground.

What a cute little puppy!  It has a white coat with random brown spots.
You start with surprise as you realize that its paws are floating just off
the ground and that you can see through it.  Why this is a ghost puppy,
perhaps it belongs to some of the ghost children you have seen about the
keep.
He is a domestic dog approximately 3'5" tall.
