NPC: A troll chieftain
Long Desc: A particularly large troll with elaborate face tattoos surveys the area.

Balefully taking in his surroundings, this troll lets his gaze linger on you
before moving on.  The light-green skin of his face has been tattooed with
intricate blue swirls that must have taken days to painstakingly apply.
Equally impressive are his massive arms, which lay folded across his chest.
He is a troll approximately 5'9" tall.
