NPC: An ancient druid
Long Desc: An ancient druid is dressed in long robes with a golden sickle strapped to his back.

This druid would have to be the oldest elf in the world.  He is extremely
old and fragile but still has a strange innate power inside of him.  Because
of his age, he only ventures out to partake in the most important, sacred
ceremonies.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
