NPC: A human settler
Long Desc: A village settler wanders the streets of Palamire.

After the fires that gutted Palamire were quenched, a small group of human
settlers discovered the rich soil that was left in the raging inferno's
wake.  They have since moved to Palamire, in the hopes that they will be
able to bring prosperity and wealth back to this former timber colony --
and, perhaps carve out a nice, comfortable living for themselves in the
process.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
