NPC: A leviathan
Long Desc: A leviathan swims slowly here, being pulled by some unknown magical force.

These beings, made entirely of water, are normally quite placid.  It is
believed that they were created by powerful wizards who later used them as
weapons of war at sea.  After these wizards died the leviathans returned to
the oceans and seas, but are constantly attracted to sources of powerful
magic.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
