NPC: A starfish
Long Desc: A starfish is here, sitting on the bottom of the ocean.

This large echinoderm is resting among a pile of rocks, and at first you
don't even notice it.  However, its bumpy skin is not a perfact match with
the textures nearby.  The starfish has no obvious sensory organs, only five
pointed arms.  You wonder exactly how these strange creatures manage to
survive at all.
It is a water weird approximately 25'0" tall.
