NPC: An alley cat
Long Desc: An alley cat considers whether or not to hiss at you.

A once mangy, half-starved, stringy, alley cat, now decently fed, and not
so stringy, is here slinking around in its cage.  For an alley cat, it is
remarkably clean, as if it has suddenly regained a reason to live and now
once again attempts to keep itself well groomed.  It has a wild look in its
eyes and it regards visitors rather suspiciously, but it may yet be possible
to housebreak.
She is a domestic cat approximately 1'7" tall.
