NPC: Eolande
Long Desc: A small sidhe woman floats about retrieving bundles for her customers.

Clad in simple robes, this tiny sidhe scampers around her shop providing all
postal needs for the inhabitants of this area of the Faerie Plane.  Her hair
is long and white, but tied back in a tight bun, making her pointed features
look even more severe.  Thin pale wings are tucked behind her back, and her
skin is nearly as translucent as her pinions.  The only color she exhibits
is the pale violet of her eyes, though even these seem to have dulled during
the years of monotonous work for the post office.
She is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
