NPC: A morose spectre
Long Desc: Like a whisper in time, an ashen-faced man sits cross-legged on the floor.

In a former life, this depressed individual was an arsonist, a thief, and
an accomplished necromentalist.  Able to raise the dead and manipulate evil
forces with his mind, as well as practice other telerelevant powers, he used
his magic for evil.  Now, he sits trapped in a purgatory of his own
creation, imprisoned in an afterlife for reasons known only to the Powers
and their close agents.  He seems eager to fight, either to bring others
into his secluded hell or to finally die himself; either way, he looks like
a whisper of a man on a mission.
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
