Long Desc: A Seelie city guard patrols the area looking for intruders.

A muscular Seelie guard paces his post casting a protective eye across
the populace.  His armor glistens in the shade regardless of the absence of
light.  He checks on the stores and on the populace on a regular basis to
ensure that the peace is kept within the walls of Rahdiyr.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
