NPC: A sonic squirrel
Long Desc: An airborne squirrel jets about at hypersonic speeds.

Little puffs of superheated air explode about the place for no visible
reason, at least until the tiny grey creature at the center of the
disturbances are noticed.  Moving faster than the eye can see over such
short distances, this tiny mammal is only visible when it drops to subsonic
speeds, as it briefly reorients itself to change directions.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
