NPC: A tired peddler
Long Desc: A tired peddler is here, rocking back and forth in his chair.

Rocking back and forth in his rocking chair, he appears to be asleep but
looking at him a bit more closely, you find out that his eyes are actually
open and he is eyeing your every move.  Even though he might appear
unfriendly, he is indeed the only shopkeeper around for distances, so it is
best not to annoy him in any way.  You should probably buy what you like and
leave immediately, since this peddler isn't the type to get lonely in
solitude.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
