NPC: A clockwork gnome
Long Desc: A mechanical gnome stands here, steam hissing out of its vents.

Were this not a machine, you'd be quick to call it a gnome.  It's as tall as
a gnome, shaped like a gnome, and -- strangely enough -- it even smells like
a gnome.  But it's very obviously metallic, and very obviously powerful.
This appearance of power is accented by the jets of steam that hiss out from
its many vents.
It is a robot approximately 4'2" tall.
